Due to the COVID-19 crisis, you may experience longer than usual delivery times. Products are being replenished keeping our inventory operational as close to normal as possible. We are doing everything to get your gifts out in a timely manner while still maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff. All gifts will be fulfilled in the most expeditious and efficient manner. Carriers are also operating with longer than usual delivery times. Please allow for ample time to have your item delivered to your recipient during these conditions. Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this time.
Please allow ample time for your gift to arrive especially during high volume delivery times on holidays. We will do our very best to ship your gift expeditiously but we do rely on outside shipping resources to get the gift to your door. Under those circumstances, consider a faster shipping method when you choose your delivery options.
In order to deliver your gift baskets to your satisfaction, every effort will be made to ship your product as soon as possible. All shipping prices are based on your retail price and your options include ground service, 2- or 3-day service, and next-day service as well. Additional charges will apply to shipments outside the continental United States.
Shipping charges are not refunded in the event of a returned item.
If a delivery address provided to us proves to be inaccurate, an additional charge will be incurred to satisfy the second delivery attempt.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified immediately. Every effort will be made to provide you with the item of your choice within a reasonable amount of time or you agree to accept a comparable gift choice.
We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to at various times throughout the year. Not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently. Please be aware that at times substitutions of a variance in flavor, fragrance or packaging will occur. Refunds, discounts or a new gift being shipped will not be offered due to a substitution. You agree to occasional substitutions by placing your order with us. We do not notify clients prior to component substitutions being made. If for any reason other than damages or errors on our part a customer wants to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee within 3 days of the gift being delivered. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
You must notify us within 3 business days if you wish to make a return or exchange of the item you received. We will accept a return item within 7 business days and gladly offer a refund excluding shipping charges, or an exchange of your choice. However, a 20% restocking fee will apply to the returned item. The gift must be unopened and in resalable condition for us to accept it as a return. Purchases that are cancelled after the product has been shipped will incur a fee from the carrier for return shipping and also a restocking fee.
In the unlikely circumstance that a gift basket would arrive damaged, every effort will be made to complete your satisfaction.
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact us immediately in writing, within 24 hours, upon said damage. DO NOT DISCARD THE DAMAGED GOODS and please retain all documentation from the delivery carrier for any future claims.

Especially during summer months, baskets that include chocolate products will be substituted for items more conducive to higher temperatures During other seasons, chocolate products will be shipped based on an overnight delivery method and incur an additional fee of $7.95 for the proper ice packaging. This policy helps us make a concerted effort to have your products received in an excellent and presentable fashion. It does not ensure that a perishable item will be handled properly by an outside carrier, and the consumer accepts all risks.
It is advisable to include proper ice packaging to all orders containing chocolate products, regardless of the season.
We do offer shipping to all APO, FPO, and PO Boxes. However, all these shipments take one to two additional days to ship out. In addition, there are no loss claims, late delivery refunds, or damage claims honored under any circumstances. You ship these orders at your own risk.
